For Teams of 3-12

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Assessment 

Each team member will complete The Attention and Interpersonal Style inventory (TAIS) assessment on-line. Individualized reports will

  • Identify strengths and gaps for developing elite level performers
  • Target root causes to solve performance roadblocks
  • Understand the conditions that create pressure and provide strategies to help manage challenges

2. Coaching and Assignment

Each team member will engage in:

  • 1:1 coaching session to gain insight from TAIS results
  • Understanding the pre-work assignment that will support development in preparation for the team session.

3. Team Workshop

A full-day, program to deepen self-awareness of individual leadership styles while building greater trust and understanding with team members.

  • Create a one-page individual action plan based on your insights and team feedback.
  • Leverage the Composite Team Profile to indentify team strengths and gaps.
  • Draft a set of Team Agreements to support high performance, while working towards your goal.
